You may not copy, download (except purchased files), reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any content without our written permission.

You may not, and may not allow anyone else to:

• Use any content from the Site, including purchased products, to train, fine-tune, test, or develop any artificial intelligence or machine learning model or system.
• Upload our artwork into AI image generators, style-transfer tools, or similar services.
• Use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or other automated tools to collect content or data from the Site.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any watermark, signature, or copyright notice.

This restriction applies to individuals and companies, including AI developers and their data vendors. Any use in violation of this section is unauthorized and may result in legal action.

All purchases are governed by our Terms of Sale & Refund Policy and our Shipping Policy, which are part of these Terms.

Tips made through the Site's tip button are voluntary gifts. They do not purchase any product, service, or license, and they are non-refundable.

If you join our email list, you agree to receive emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

The Site uses third-party services, including Stripe, PayPal, Printful, and Kit, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

You agree not to use the Site to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, interfere with the Site's operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false information.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Colors may vary between screens and printed products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Key Solutions Group LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado.

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
